A superhero thriller set in the Czech Republic. From the author of the Kronos Project series.
In another world, Lenka Křížová could have been a real superhero. But in hers, no one needs enthusiasts in spandex and capes. In the twenty-first century, there’s simply no demand for amateur crime fighters.
Show business and scandals, on the other hand? People can't get enough of them.
And so, while the world around her eagerly devours every new meta-sensation, Lenka is content living the life of a university student who has her own life under control. She sleeps off hangovers, sleeps through lectures, doesn't answer her mother's calls and occasionally helps a friend in an exam with her “superpowers”. She simply never wanted fame, the attention of cameras, or hordes of fans.
And yet, it seems she has one.
