Messenger of the Hydrometeorological Institute

The hero of the story, The Messenger of the Hydrometeorological Institute, is a man who cannot resist the temptation to mystify listeners in radio broadcasts by impersonating other people. He can fool not only the listeners but the editors themselves. As an added bonus for the reader is the humorous story "Two on a Train".
