Mediation and possibilities of use

Everyone sometimes finds themselves in a difficult situation in life - and then appreciates the help of a mediator, an impartial mediator who helps resolve the dispute out of court.

The publication focuses on mediation practice in the Czech Republic and abroad, to provide mediation in family conflicts, ethnic and community-based, but also in criminal cases, labour law, commercial and civil disputes. It introduces research results, interesting projects and other perspectives in the field. Separate attention is paid to the training and development of mediators.
