Meatloaf: Alpha
Casimir Nezbeda turns into a deadly predator
The Czechs are losing their war, although they refuse to admit it. Their numbers are dropping at a dizzying rate, while their enemies seemingly do not diminish. The tactics of the local creatures change from hour to hour. The beasts are becoming more cunning and more murderous. Kazimír Nezbeda turns into a deadly predator under the influence of an alien parasite. He himself has no idea what he will end up being. Yet he leads his team from one impossible task to another. It becomes the symbol of the combined landing parties of Gamma and Alpha. A leader worthy of emulation. When he is sent to investigate the activities of Beta, he sees this as an opportunity to finally unravel the mystery of the island and its inhabitants.
Honza Slívka
The more modern the age, the less he likes it. He hates crowds, and yet he is always among people. He's not doing any of the things he studied. He doesn't have enough money to buy what he wants. He doesn't see the friends he likes often enough. He never found a job he enjoyed. He resents the orders under which the contemporary world operates. According to him, overpopulation is the planet's biggest problem. Watching Armageddon, he cheers for the asteroid. Yet he lives in his dream house in the perfect place, with the woman he loves, and he has just fulfilled one of his dreams. Next in order. Honza is a hopeless optimist.
