Treatment of temporomandibular joint disease

The present publication is a professional textbook that should become a full-fledged manual in the practice of dentists, ENT specialists and general practitioners. It provides a basic overview of individual diseases of the temporomandibular joint associated with the current options of conservative, minimally invasive and surgical treatment, introduces basic procedures in the examination and diagnosis of diseases. The text is supplemented with the basics of joint anatomy and etiology of the disease. The conclusion consists of examples from practice - case studies, presenting possible solutions to individual types of diseases. The publication is supplemented with a lot of visual documentation, which helps to understand the issue. The authorship of the book was contributed by the following doctors: Hospital Na Homolce in Prague and Hospital Ružinov in Bratislava.
