Legislators

A humorous novel by Elo Šándor about “high politics”. The book was written more than 80 years ago, but unfortunately, Slovak politics haven't changed all that much. Intrigue, empty phrases, petty disputes, cunning promises, and the search for an enemy are all a common part of the pre-election struggle, and interest in the voter ends the moment they leave the polling station. The text of this e-book is based on the original 1936 edition and has undergone only minimal revisions.
