Kings of Avalier - The Last Dragon King

An excellent epic fantasy full of intrigue and magic, with a captivating love story at its heart.

The Dragon King of Avalier is searching for a bride! He sends the Royal Guard to bring women of childbearing age to his palace in Jade City. There is, however, one condition: his future bride, with whom he will produce an heir, must have enough magical genes in her blood. Eighteen-year-old Arwen does not possess much magic. She knows she will not be chosen, but for some reason, the king's 'sniffers' command her to present herself to the king as a potential wife. At the last moment, however, Arwen's mother reveals a terrifying secret from the past. A secret for which she could be killed... by the king himself. Will the Dragon King find a bride and save his line from extinction?
