Killer of Angels

A hacker calling himself "The Wizard" hacks into the FBI website and places a code linking to a cemetery in Michigan where a dead girl is discovered crawling out of the ground... as if trying to crawl out of her own grave.
Jessica Blackwood is set to become the rising star of a dynasty of illusionists, but she turns her back on her troubled family and decides to start a new life as a policewoman. But when FBI consultant Dr. Jeffrey Ailes discovers an old magic magazine, Jessica's world is turned upside down. Faced with a crime that on the surface defies any explanation, Ailes has nothing to lose - but much to gain - by taking a gamble on an agent raised in an environment where even the seemingly impossible is commonplace.
The corpse in the graveyard represents only the first of the Wizard's series of dark miracles. Thrust into the media spotlight and pressed for time before her next crime, can Jessica come to terms with her own past and stop the rampage of a twisted killer? If not, she may become his next victim...
