Jan Werich: The Yellow Man

Wit, exaggeration, irony and boundless imagination go hand in hand with the story of the liberation of Princess Amata. Listen to the fairy tale based on the literary novel by Jan Werich with Tomáš Töpfer, Ivan Trojan, Bára Hrzánová and other great actors. A brave fellow from the Orient, Hajid Abdal Hassan ben Kabbar Harun Kafan ibn ben Haji Faruk al Mosadek, nicknamed Haj, always knew his way around a fairy tale! Eventually he fell into one himself. He devised a trick, or a trick, or a habadura, or a trick to deceive the Tartar vigilance, and escaped with other soldiers from captivity. What happened then? When will Hades learn that prosperity cannot be achieved without merit, that nothing is free? And what does a little yellow man look like? Can this creature talk? How to cook rosehip sauce? Performers: Tomas Töpfer, Jiri Ornest, Jiri Langmajer, Ivan Trojan, Ivan Gübel, Antonín Hardt, Barbora Hrzánová, Peter Pelzer, Jiří Klem and Lubomír Lipský.
