Jan Procházka: Wild Holidays

Jan Procházka's famous novel about the friendship of a twelve-year-old girl and a wild horse. A touching story of a teenage girl who, during a holiday in the countryside, takes in a supposedly dangerous and therefore abused horse and, with a kind word and care, manages to do what no one has ever managed before, i.e. to tame it and ride it bareback. From the book, which became the basis for the film by Karel Kachyna, Trápení (Sorrow), he reads: Růžena Merunková.
