Interpretive Dictionary of Pedagogy

The development of pedagogy, educational psychology and other scientific disciplines, as well as systemic changes in education, school policy, state administration and self-government in education bring new professional terms and change the content and conception of traditional terms. This terminological movement, together with the basic concepts of the sciences of education, is captured in the Interpretive Dictionary of Education, which is intended primarily for students of education, for whom it can serve as a useful supplement to basic texts and textbooks in the field of education. The passwords have been chosen to present pedagogy in its basic characteristics, in its theoretical richness and extensive practical applicability - selected terms from applied pedagogical sciences are also included in the text. The authors hope that their dictionary will be a good starting point for a deeper study of the pedagogical literature.
