International capital markets - a source of funding

The book introduces the situation on international capital markets and describes the various ways in which Czech companies can raise their own and foreign capital. The authors offer a clear interpretation of the securities financing process based on the current requirements of individual capital markets and the book can serve as a methodological guide for Czech companies. Each part of the book is supplemented with actual practical examples from the Czech Republic (e.g. Zentiva's international share offering or CEZ's Eurobond issue), which will serve not only as a source of inspiration but also as case studies for students of finance at universities.
