I'll wear midnight

Tiffany Aching, whom we have met three times in the previous parts of the tetralogy, has more work to do than usual this time. Old Baron Chumfurttam, whom she cared for, has died. The young Baron Roland must be found in Ankh-Morpork. Tiffany sets out for him, and her personal guards—the Nac Mac Feegles—insist on flying with her. As always, however, they have their own interpretation of their duties. Then the Cunning Man appears, a terrifying witch hunter.

Tiffany quickly returns to her homeland, where the old baron's funeral and the young baron's wedding must be prepared, but the Cunning Man is pursuing her. Although she is not alone—besides the help everyone is counting on, some help appears that none of us would ever expect—the confrontation will be tough. The final part of the story should have a happy ending, but you know Terry Pratchett. Who knows?
