IGNORAMUS

A literary epic by a Czech native about his initial experiences and hardships in the land where, according to the legend of the American dream, people have always gone to fulfil their desires and line their pockets with money. Reality or myth? Will our anti-hero overcome his naivety and inexperience in a country full of surprises, pitfalls, and excitement, or will he succumb to its temptations and, during his grand adventure, lose the very last thing that the mysterious Uncle Sam didn't manage to shoot out of his bundle of skills with a Smith & Wesson revolver—that beautiful Czech common sense? All this and much more can be found in this utterly unique work, the value of which is immeasurable in terms of personal experiences and scenes that you won't find anywhere else.
