Human needs in health and illness

The publication deals with the topic of human needs in health and illness, and tries to link theoretical knowledge in this area with its application in the nursing process. It deals with selected theories of needs, the concept of needs in health, in crisis and in illness. It focuses more closely on the needs of patients in intensive care, sudden motor impairment or seriously somatically ill children. It also does not neglect the issue of the needs of family members of patients. The book is intended for students and nursing care providers.
