How to bully

Bullying is insidious, and even a child who is physically and mentally mature, with a very good family background, but who is unable or unwilling to "howl with the wolves" can become a target. Bullying takes many forms and the correct course of action must vary from case to case. Each specific situation requires appropriate action, whether by parents or teachers and educators.
