Becca Fletcher has never been a fan of Christmas. This year is different though, and she's looking forward to the holidays. She’s visiting her sister, Laura, who recently moved to Dorset with her children and now runs a slightly shabby but all the more unique little café. Perhaps for the first time in her life, she’s looking forward to mulled wine (for breakfast, lunch and dinner) and Christmas movie marathons, which she usually considers sheer torture. Soon, she too succumbs to the charm of the Café of New Beginnings, which serves hot chocolate so good it melts even Rebecca’s heart. And she even starts to believe that miracles really do happen at Christmas…
