Hidden potential

What determines success?

Is it talent, daily grind, or perhaps family background? Adam Grant offers a surprising perspective on how we can lift ourselves and others to unexpected heights. Growth requires much more than just training and mindset.

It primarily depends on a set of skills that we unfortunately overlook unconsciously. Based on extensive research and real-life stories, Grant demonstrates that our progress lies not so much in hard work, but in developing the ability to learn new things. He explains how to strengthen character in this regard, create motivational structures, and also how to foster the development of potential in teams, organisations, or schools.

In the audiobook, you will also learn:

 - Your growth depends less on innate genius and more on the character you cultivate.
If you want to improve, don't ask others for feedback, but for advice.
- Why deliberate play and harmonious passion triumph over grit and cramming.
- Data shows that we develop the most when we help others improve.
- Why brainstorming is far from sufficient for fully utilising a team's collective intelligence.
- We all have hidden potential – find out how to discover and harness it at any age.
