Helena Sobková: Dorothea - Duchess of Kuronska

We will hear the story of one of the most beautiful women in Europe, admired by poets and scholars alike, famous for her intelligence and ability to "hold power in her fragile hands" against the backdrop of the great historical events of the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries. Helena Sobková's latest novel complements her two previous books "The Secret of Barunka Panklova" and "Kateřina Zaháňská". The author thus concluded a free trilogy dedicated to the writer Božena Němcová, Katherine Vilemina, to the Duchess of Zahan, and Duchess Dorothea of Kuron, I mean, women, that were linked by their relationship to each other and to our country.
