Greek lessons

In a language classroom in the middle of Seoul, a woman is concentrating on her ancient Greek teacher's lecture. She wants to speak, but she has lost the ability to. The silent woman intrigues the teacher. He himself is losing his sight day by day. It turns out that they both carry a deeper, unprocessed pain within them. Greek Lessons is a fragile story about unexpected closeness, about a meeting on the edge of silence and darkness, and about how to communicate when both speech and sight fail... South Korean writer Han Kang was awarded the 2024 Nobel Prize in Literature.
