God of the Hunt

Autumn in the grim year of 1282.
The land is ravaged by a harsh famine, and in the deep forests surrounding Buchlov Castle, the ancient spectre of the mysterious Hunter roams, making its victims disappear without a trace. The Italian burgrave, Odo Astore, attempts to unmask him and restore order to the region. During his investigation, he meets the young squire Boček, the sole survivor of the Hunter's attack, a charming monk hiding more than one secret beneath his tattered habit, and a depraved murderer who is trying to summon the devil.

Does the legendary Hunter truly reign over the land, or is someone merely using superstition to mask their cruel crimes?
