Dear readers, the author addresses you with respect and humility, in the hope that you will not reject this modest work and will be grateful not only for a smile, but also for a simple lift of a corner. However, this is also a significant contribution to the Czech health care system, especially in the current difficult times. There is no way to sort out the contents of the booklet (if there were complaints about it). Some pieces would fall into more than one category, some into none at all, and some perhaps don't even belong there. It's only there because the publisher is weak-willed and got talked into it. But don't worry, the work is politically correct, or not. It depends on your point of view and the amount of alcohol in your blood. The author was strictly careful to be sober while writing, but sometimes it didn't work out. Have fun.
