Glass Hell

A thrilling story about a burning skyscraper...

What can happen when a private construction company neglects fire safety regulations and measures for greater financial gain, and also has the means to silence criticism from the media? The gradual creation and subsequent fire of a gigantic skyscraper, as interpreted by the author duo Scortia and Robinson, is not only a depiction of the fates of people connected to the building's existence but, above all, a look at everything that unfolds within it, from lavish, luxurious public spaces to the complex behind-the-scenes of its technical operations, along with a cautionary exposé of everything that caused the tragic disaster.

Frank M. Robinson

Primarily an author of techno-thrillers and sci-fi novels, he was born in Chicago, enlisted in the Navy during World War II, and after the war, completed a university degree in physics. He re-enlisted in the Navy and served in Korea. From 1973, he dedicated himself fully to writing. He co-authored some of his books with Thomas N. Scortia.

Thomas N. Scortia

Thomas Nicholas Scortia was originally a physical chemist and aerospace researcher. In addition to the five novels he wrote with Robinson, he authored another six books.
