G. K. Chesterton.

Can you imagine a more piquant situation in a detective story than when a Scotland Yard policeman finds himself at a meeting of the supreme council of anarchists just preparing an assassination? This is exactly the case in the radio play written by Zdeněk and Marie Hořínkov based on Gilbert Keith Chesterton's famous prose play, Anarchist Thursday. The story is an oppressive dream in which comedy is mixed with elements of menacing absurdity, and the detective story is somewhat built on its head. Performers: Jiri Ornest, David Novotny, Daniela Kolářová, Jiří Holý, František Němec, Jan Vlasak, Kamil Halbich, Otakar Brousek st., Petr Motloch and others.
