Fundamentals of cardiac electrophysiology and catheter ablation

This publication explains the basics of cardiac electrophysiology from the equipment of the electrophysiology laboratory through the mechanisms of individual arrhythmias, the principles of their investigation to their treatment by catheter ablation. The book describes all common supraventricular and ventricular tachycardias that can be encountered in clinical practice. The book is supplemented by a large number of schematic pictures, real ECG curves and skiascopic images. This didactic and practical publication is intended not only for beginning electrophysiologists, but it will also be consulted by medical students, physicians in preparation for cardiology certification and other cardiologists, internists, electrophysiology technicians and nurses from arrhythmology units. A similar publication has not been published in this country yet.
