The full-colour publication is intended for beginner football coaches, who are presented with comprehensive information on all the topics that make up the content of the basic coaching course. It is written in accordance with the requirements for the lowest coaching qualification, the Football Coach C Licence. The authors have prepared a detailed, richly illustrated description of the game activities of the field player and goalkeeper. They deal with the basic general preparation of a football player, including fitness training, didactic forms and planning of the training process and peculiarities in the preparation of children and youth. The bulk of the book is a collection of more than 200 simple movement and preparatory games and game exercises designed to train and improve the skills of field players and goalkeepers.
