Everyone has memories

“Life is like a ride on a swing carousel. Before I had a chance to go for a few rides, my hair had mysteriously changed colour from black to grey. I’m almost sixty, even though my inner ‘me’ feels barely out of its thirties. On the other hand, when I look in the mirror in the morning, I see new wrinkles getting acquainted with their older colleagues, who in the meantime have already managed to form a union.”
Welcome to a world where gravity wins, skin loosens, wrinkles multiply, and you start to resemble a crumpled piece of paper. That's when you realise that youth has taken its leave and all you have left are your memories. Laugh along with the zany family stories and escapades of extraordinary relatives. You're sure to be amused by the painful process of the author's transformation from a technological dinosaur into a competent user of the latest modern technology. And as if that wasn't enough, she lets two dogs into her life, who sometimes aren't quite right in the head. Believe me, it's only after you pass fifty—the threshold of burgeoning adulthood—that you start to live life to the fullest, because you discover that it's simply wonderful!
