Have you ever wondered who we really are? Do you think that we and our body are really one inseparable whole? And what really sets us apart from the rest of the animal kingdom?

The book offers a fresh insight into the human subconscious and its bodily programs, through which the body can " shut us down" from conscious living, and we then just survive on " autopilot". These programs are also what we often have an " internal struggle" with.

Are we truly masters of our own thoughts and actions? So why can' t we control " our" emotions as well as we would like? Who or what are we really and what impact does all of this have on our health, relationships, children, the planet and the environment?

The book emphasizes simplicity, clarity, humor, and impact. It offers readers an accessible, unconventional perspective on complex philosophical and psychological topics (thoughts, the meaning of life, man-animal, death, etc. ). ).
