At the very dawn of time lives a young shaman's apprentice, who is called Tytam (usually in the phrase: "Hey, you there!"). He lives well, content with his uselessness to human society and history.
But when the acting shaman dies prematurely, the surprised young man discovers that he has been promoted from "You there" to "You shaman" and suddenly enjoys considerable respect. How will he handle his newfound position?
