Deadly Dawn Mass

“Brrr, it’s freezing!” shivered the older man, wrapping his coat around himself tightly.

“You’ll soon warm up! Grab your mobile and call the police to come and get him,” his companion said, pointing to a man lying motionless on the cycle path from Nymburk to Poděbrady. But it will be Captain Přibyl and Lieutenant Dvořák from the criminal investigation unit who will have to brave the frosty weather to find out who murdered the older financial advisor and why. And because it happened right after the victim had left morning mass at the Church of St. Giles, the investigation will once again lead the detectives to the Nymburk sanctuary.

Is it just a coincidence, or is the man's death connected to the generous donations made to the local parish?
