Date with a savage

What happens when two mismatched people get stranded together at the end of the world?

Five years after losing her husband, Andi McDermott is finally starting to live her life to the fullest again, and even dating again. When her stepson cancels a planned visit on Christmas Eve, Andi doesn' t want to wallow in sadness and impulsively drives to a cabin in the mountains by Lake Arrowhead, a place she used to love to go but hasn' t been to in years. Probably also due to the long-standing disputes between her late husband and their closest neighbor, Wolf Enders. Wolf is an army veteran, grumpy and scary, who lives here year-round. Andi accidentally meets him shortly after her arrival when she accidentally cuts down a tree on his property. It will add another notch to the series of neighborhood complaints. But this time, something is different from the first moment. Wolf may be strong-willed and his giant stature commands respect, but he is friendly to Andi and is willing to help her with anything. And most importantly, he is dangerously attractive to her. When Andi is trapped in a cabin without electricity or heat due to an unexpectedly heavy snowstorm, Wolf is her only salvation. What happens when these two seemingly disparate people get stuck together at the end of the world and sparks fly between them?
