Cardiac arrhythmias in case reports
The first publication of this kind on the Czech market. It is based on the analysis of individual cases of patients with cardiac arrhythmias, which should inform the reader about the most appropriate, but also the least appropriate procedures and steps in the decision-making algorithm. The author of three monographs on cardiac arrhythmias draws on his extensive experience in the field of cardiac arrhythmias. The main emphasis is placed on the first chapter on malignant cardiac arrhythmias, where we most often encounter erroneous procedures that can seriously jeopardize the prognosis of the patient. The book is intended mainly for internists and general cardiologists, but also for referring general practitioners. The content of the publication is a description of 57 cases of patients with cardiac arrhythmias. The description of each case is accompanied by the author's commentary, in which he critically evaluates individual procedures in the treatment of the patient. The book is divided into 5 chapters according to the type of arrhythmia described. The commentary refers to the applicable standards of the professional society.
