Callum

As if that wasn' t enough, he decided to conquer me

The universe has probably decided to throw sticks at my feet. Otherwise, I can' t imagine why everything in my life suddenly went from ten to five. First, Donovan, the manager of the bookstore where I worked, told me that he had to cut my hours and I was forced to find a side income. Then I found out that we had been robbed. To make matters worse, packages from a secret admirer started appearing at my door, terrifying me. And mom had an accident and ended up in the hospital.
Is that not enough? Don' t worry, this is just the beginning! The universe gave me the biggest challenge in the form of the owner of a strip club, where I decided to take a job as a bartender. Cold and aloof Callum Anderson. A former boxer, owner of the VIP men' s club Black Widow, and a man who apparently decided to drive me crazy. I didn' t want to let him do that. No, after what I' ve experienced. But he didn' t give me a choice.
