Bechterew's disease
The publication is intended for all those with Behterev's disease and their loved ones. It is one of the few books that focuses on a comprehensive approach to the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis (axial spondyloarthritis) and its early forms. The theoretical part contains information about ankylosing spondylitis, its causes, occurrence, speeches, diagnosis and current treatment options, both pharmacological, and non-pharmacological.
Non-pharmacological treatment is largely concerned with medical rehabilitation and what the patient can do for successful treatment. Clear and structured, the book contains regimens with many valuable hints and tips that can be used in everyday life. As is already evident from the title, the active lifestyle is reflected especially in the practical part of the book, where the patient can find movement programs with specific pictures of exercises.
The colour publication is accompanied by numerous colour photographs and drawings.
