Continuation of Basic Czech I and Basic Czech II
It consists of 6 lessons (about 2000 words and phrases) and is methodically based on a communicative and comparative approach. The textbook can be used in intensive, two-semester and other courses. It is also suitable for self-study. A key to all exercises is provided in the appendix. All words and phrases are included in the Czech-English glossary at the end of each lesson.
The grammatical and lexical material covered in this volume goes beyond the level of knowledge we usually call basic. However, in order to maintain the formal continuity of all three volumes, we have kept Basic Czech in the title. The grammatical and lexical structure of this textbook corresponds to the B1-B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
