As long as you laugh

Summer 2002. Relatives, friends and complete strangers arrive in the flood-ravaged region of Polabí to help those affected. In the village of Stamice, Kamila meets her friend Ilona, whom she hasn't seen for almost fifteen years. They reminisce about the past years, to the event, that marked and completely changed their previous lives, work, marriage, family.

A story about how the nearest helping hand is always at the end of your own arm, but a good background is priceless.
That princes on white horses died out many years ago, but sometimes there's a guy worth taking a chance on. Although the outcome is uncertain.
That you can survive basically anything, if you don't start feeling sorry for yourself and if you can still laugh in the midst of the chaos that every life sometimes turns into.
