A whiff of death

Pediatrician Kent Abner receives an unusual gift one day - a golden egg. After he opens it full of anticipation, a violent poison is released into the air, killing him instantly. Eva Dallas is put in charge of the case, but there is no way she can figure out who would want to hurt the doctor. Soon another person dies and Eva begins to suspect that this is something much worse than a simple murder.
