A touch of evil

Life has already taken Michael Dabert, a former member of the French Foreign Legion, but also an elite mercenary, to many parts of the world, after a long time and to his native country, from where he fled under the previous regime. Now he wants to enjoy what every "deserving pensioner" does - rest, travel and the company of his beautiful girlfriend, actress Joan Harting. But it wouldn't be Dabert if he didn't start to get a good headache after a while...
And so, as if on cue, comes an offer of protection from the judge, a family friend of Joan's who originally invited them only to visit the Great Canadian Lakes. But it seems that the judge is not only concerned with protecting his own person... Events take a rapid turn when someone starts systematically destroying the inhabitants of a nearby town.
