A. P. Chekhov.

A dramatic triptych of the author's small prose pieces, whose common theme is love in its anguished and ridiculous forms. And above all, the emptiness that comes into love-abandoned or unvisited interpersonal relationships. The characters of Chekhov's magnificent miniatures were created by Oldřich Vlach, Jana Drchalová, Jiri Krampol, Josef Chvalina, Jiri Pleskot, Inka Čekanová, Otakar Brousek and others. The radio production was made by director Josef Henke in 1969.
