A drop of poison

Palermo, 1633: Giulia had always wished for her mother to teach her as much as possible about her apothecary skills. But after her mother is arrested for attempting to poison the powerful Duke de Verdi, Giulia must flee to Naples to her aunt. When she learns how cruelly her mother was tortured and executed, she decides to avenge herself on the Duke and continue her mother's legacy at any cost.
