Persons and cast: narrator (Václav Voska), Evgeny Onegin (Karel Höger), Vladimir Lenskiy (Jiri Dohnal), Larina (Jindra Hollman), Olga (Alena Kreuzmann), Tatiana (Vlasta Fabianová), nanny (Jarmila Kronbauer), Zaretsky (Vladimir Leraus), Guillot, Onegin's Servant (Zdeněk Dítě), Gremin (Jiri Steimar). Excerpt from a contemporary evaluation: Actors - they love their characters and do not show their devotion to the poet with lyrical enthusiasm, that spoil the speech, but attention to his work, accurate characterization work, by developing and enlivening every flicker of the character's emotional life, highlighting each semitone in the dialogue and completing the characters by understanding the poet's subtexts. Vlasta Fabianová and Karel Höger particularly excel in this.
