Twenty-two-year-old Ladislav Zibura packed his life into 12 kilograms this summer, threw his backpack on his back and set off on his own to Jerusalem. Without a map or sense of direction, he walked 1,400 kilometres across the scorching hot landscapes of Turkey and Israel, stood at the Wailing Wall and had the greatest adventure of his life. His journey is a story of mistakes, remarkable encounters, blisters and bruises. Listen to the narration of a cynical café loafer, who will prove to you with his kindly, unfair humour that a pilgrim does not have to be a Catholic, an ascetic or a boring person.
