3× Freyja & Huldar

Where childhood ends. Detective Huldar from the Icelandic police force starts working with child psychologist Freyja right from the very first case. However, the two have met before, but in completely different roles – their relationship is therefore tense from the start, fraught with misunderstandings and awkward situations, but also with a mutual, hard-to-resist attraction. Alongside the main protagonists, the three different stories are linked by psychologically drawn, realistic characters and their believable motivations for actions in which children always play a role. How do early traumas, neglect, or family secrets project into our later lives? Writer Yrsa Sigurðardóttir, a master at building tension and atmosphere, is rightly ranked among the best contemporary authors of Nordic noir. In this package, you will find the titles: (1) The Legacy (2) The Reckoning (3) The Absolution
