Bausch&Lomb Ultra ONEday daily spherical contact lenses correct short-sightedness with a dioptre value of -1.25. They are made from a silicone hydrogel material, Kalifilcon A, which combines a high water content of 55% with exceptional oxygen permeability. Two advanced technologies, MoistureSeal and ComfortFeel, work together to maintain hydration and comfort for a full 16 hours of wear. A light tint makes the lenses easier to handle when putting them in and taking them out.

Hydration and comfort with advanced technologies

The combination of two innovative technologies ensures Ultra ONEday lenses are comfortable to wear all day. The Advanced MoistureSeal technology uses a two-phase polymerisation process, which helps the Kalifilcon A material maintain hydration for up to 16 hours. This is complemented by ComfortFeel technology, which releases components into the lens surface that enrich and stabilise the tear film, such as moisturisers and osmoprotectants. They are intended for use only by persons over 15 years of age.

The UV filter in contact lenses is not a substitute for sunglasses, as it does not protect the entire eye area and its surroundings.
