Breathing support
Anise supports the body's defences. It contains substances that improve expectoration. Fennel helps protect the respiratory tract and lungs, increases mucus production and facilitates expectoration. Thyme promotes the normal condition of the upper respiratory tract. Sage leaf has a positive effect in case of irritation of the throat and pharynx, contributes to the natural defenses of the body. Licorice soothes the upper respiratory tract.
Ingredients
Aniseed fruit 31 %, fennel fruit 31 %, licorice root 23 %, Thyme extract 6 %, sage leaves 5%, leaves of the common motherwort.
Recommended dosage
It is recommended to drink 2-3 cups a day.
Preparation
Pour 1 sachet of about 150 ml of boiling water and let it infuse for about 10 min.
Notice
Contains licorice - excessive consumption is not suitable for high blood pressure. Not intended for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. The product is a dietary supplement, not a medicine.
