Preparation
For the perfect experience, we recommend using one teaspoon per 250 ml of water at a temperature of 90–95 °C. Steep for 3–4 minutes depending on your preferred intensity. This tea is ideal for an afternoon rest or as a classy accompaniment to sweet desserts. We recommend drinking it without milk to bring out its typical Darjeeling elegance.
