Preparation
For the perfect experience, we recommend preparing the tea with one teaspoon per 200–250ml of water. Pour over boiling water at 100°C. If you desire an invigorating effect, infuse for 2–3 minutes. For a calmer, smoother brew, let the tea infuse for 5 minutes.
