China Silver Pearls is one of the most popular types of white tea. You may also know this tea under the Czech translation Silver Pearls. It received its poetic name primarily because of its coloured tips, whose silver colour is strikingly reminiscent of pearls. This type of tea originates mainly from the Guangxi province in southeastern China. Like other white teas, it has a very mild taste and only minimal caffeine content, which makes it possible to drink it at any age and at any time of the day. Preparation
To prepare a half liter of infusion, use two to three teaspoons of tea and then pour hot water at a temperature of 70 to 80°C over it and let it steep for 4 minutes. If you are preparing China Silver Pearls in a teapot, we recommend using an extra teaspoon to achieve the desired flavor.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
