Ingredients
Black tea, cassia bark, black pepper, star anise, pink peppercorns, pieces of cocoa beans, liquorice root, pieces of vanilla, cardamom - whole seeds, crushed cardamom.
Preparation
Pour one teaspoon of tea into 250 ml of hot water at a temperature of approximately 95 °C. Let steep for 3–5 minutes depending on desired strength. For a traditional chai variant, the tea can also be prepared with milk.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
