Preparation
1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. Sterilise the soother, bottle and ring by immersing them in boiling water for 10 minutes.
2. Boil drinking water suitable for babies in another container and let it cool down, e.g. in a water bath at 40 °C. Pour the required amount into the sterilized bottle (see table for dosage). Do not use the unused boiled water for further milk preparation.
3. Fill the measuring cup to the top with powder, align the excess with the blade of a knife and pour the required number of measuring cups into the bottle (see dosage table). Close well and shake thoroughly until the powder dissolves. Always use only the measuring cup provided.
4. Before feeding the baby, check on the inside of the wrist that the temperature of the milk is not higher than 37-40°C. Serve the prepared portion immediately.

Notice
Breastfeeding is the most natural way to feed an infant, especially in the first 6 months of life. The composition of breast milk provides your baby with everything he needs, so make sure your diet is varied and balanced. Consult your doctor or midwife about how to breastfeed.
If you are unable to breastfeed for any reason, choose an appropriate infant milk after consulting your paediatrician. If you are not breastfeeding or bottle feeding, your milk production is constantly decreasing. Before using infant formula, consider the social and financial implications of your decision. To avoid endangering your child's health, carefully follow the manufacturer's recommended instructions for preparation, dosage and storage of the product.
